The staff at this hostel were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! They sorted out all of our issues with a smile and provided helpful advice for the Ha Giang Loop. They even rented us a reliable motorbike and arranged transportation for us. The accommodations were great value for the price, with clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend trying the egg coffee. The staff's English was excellent and they were always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. our experience was mind-blowingly fantastic thanks to the super helpful and friendly staff!

Staff was really nice and helpful! Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We enjoyed eating here as the food was cheap and delicious. the private car we booked for the Ha Giang loop was the cheapest option we found after exploring the city.
The room lacked a window, making it a bit stuffy and smelly. the laundry service ruined our clothes, causing them to shrink.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ha Giang for a few days and I had a great experience. The staff at 10Am were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They even offered to pick me up from the bus station on a bike for free! They also recommended a fantastic restaurant that stayed open late, which was a huge plus. I rented a bike from them at a very reasonable price and it was in excellent condition. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience at 10Am Hostel in Ha Giang. the dorm beds were comfortable, and the curtains provided privacy. the scooters we rented for our motorbike tour were of good quality, and the owner, who spoke English well, was very helpful. They even let us use a spare room and lent us a bag for our luggage. the mango smoothie and pancakes at the hostel were delicious and affordable. we highly recommend 10Am Hostel!
